Mark Phillips off to Germany today: Princess Anne and Lieut. Mark Phillips yesterday went riding together at Sandringham. It was second successive weekend that Lt. Phillips has spent at Sandringham. Today he leaves with his regiment, Queen's Dragoon Guards for a two year tour of duty in Germany. Photo Shows This picture of Princess Anne and Lieut. Mark Phillips was taken in Munich when he was a member of Britain's Equestrian team which won an Olympic Gold Medal.
