1971 Press Photo Drawing Of Projected Underwater Bar For Kiel Olympics

AN ADDITIONAL ATTRACTION FOR THE OLYMPIC SAILING COMPETITIONS IN KIEL IN 1972: AN UNDERWATER BAR: A drawing of the projected underwater bar which is to be constructed next year in Kiel. The concrete building will contain two storeys and is to be anchored off the coast in the vicinity of the Olympia-Exhibition "Man and the Sea." A gondola specially imported from Venice will ferry the visitors to and from this unique bar. On the ground-floor the customers will be able to observe marine life and divers at work through the huge windows.
