1972 Press Photo Reopening Of Glyptothek Greek Temple Statues Group Gladiators

Reopening of the "Glyptothek" in Munich on the 28th of April: Munich's last big art-museum is now rebuild. It was damaged badly in the last war. The Glyptothek had been built 1816-1831 from Leon von Klenze for the sculpture-collection of king Ludwig I. Photo shows Statues of a group gladiators from a Greck-temple.
