1973 Press Photo Indian Airlines Avro trainer-plane which crashed

Indian Airlines Avro trainer-plane which crashed into a house in Secundrabad (Andhra Pradesh) on March 15, 1973, killing all the three occupants. It also led to the resignation of the Union Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Dr. Karan Singh which has since been rejected by Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Our photo shows the engine and cockpit buried in the house while the body lands on top of a building.
