1971 Press Photo Japanese Satellite Exhibited

Japanese Satellite Exhibited An engineering model of a man-made satellite to be launched by the Japanese National Space Development Agency for observation of the isosphere, on view in Tokyo. The model which cost £500,000 to build, is the same scale as the real one, and is used to test functioning of electric and electronic devices. The satellite will be launched on a N. Rocket into orbit in 1975.
