Wiring Checks are made at the 307 Switching System installation, part of the telephone exchange operated by the military in Saigon, by B.J. Moore, Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Co. Western Electric, manufacturing and supply unit of the Bell System, is managing a team of engineers and technicians recruited from Bell System telephone companies, who are working on a number of telecommunications project for the military in Vietnam.
