Army Personnel in Vietnam are given pointers on operating telephone test equipment by D. D. Sanborn and D.H. Eoff of Western Electric's Service Division. Western Electric, manufacturing and supply unit of the Bell System, is managing a team of engineers and technicians recruited from Bell System telephone companies, who are working on a number of telecommunications projects for the military in Vietnam.
