1967 Press Photo Installation Checks Are Made At A 758A PBX Console

Installation Checks are made at a 758A PBX console by R. F. Benningfield, Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company, at the telephone exchange run by the military in Saigon. Western Electric, manufacturing and supply unit of the Bell System, is managing a team of engineers and technicians recruited from Bell System telephone companies, who are working on a number of telecommunications projects for the military in Vietnam.
