W.N. Horsman Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, demonstrates a 3550 Test Set for Circuit Layout, to V.L Willits, Mountain States Telephone & Telegraph Company. The instrument is used to check telephone equipment installed at the telephones exchange operated by the military in Saigon. Western Electric, manufacturing and supply unit of the Bell System, is managing a team of engineers and technicians recruited from Bell System telephone companies, who are working on a number of telecommunications projects for the military in Vietnam.
