Japanese ship shelled by is two Israeli boats while sailing to the Port of Akaba: While the Japanese ship "Shinkai Maru" was sailing for the port of Akaba it was shelled by two Israeli gun boats, one of the shelles hit the ship making a hole in the side. Photo shows the Captain of the Shinkai Maru seen talking to Jordanian officials about the attack by two Israeli gun boats while he was on his way to the post of Akaba.
