The Floods Come to Plymouth: The Continuous Torrontial rains of the the wet Summer have resulted in many areas of the Country being flooded. the latest to join the 'Floodland' ranks is Plymouth where many streets are covered with water some feet deep. Photo Shows Local people make their way through the Flood waters in a street of Plymouth.
