The floods will come into the house of the German Federal Diet: At the Rhine-side the water came till near to the doors of the house of the German Federal Diet. The street is completely under water. The German frontier defense units have to prevent the water to co~~~ into the house. Photon shows Sand-sacks are put at the Rhine- for preventing the water breading through.
