Typoon Sweeps Japan: Typoon Vera - one of the worst typhoons in recent years, left a view of havoc in it's wake as winds of 90 miles per hour & rains swept Japan. It is estimated that more than 5,000 people are dead, missing and thousands made homeless. Photo shows A street strewn with household debris houses.
