Captain and Crew of Abandoned "Ocean Layer" Arrive at Falmouth: Captain Antony Mcpherson Ross, Master of the Abandoned Cable ship "Ocean Layer" and members of his crew arrived at Falmouth last night aboard the German freighter " Flavia". the burned out cable hip is being towed to port by the German tug "Wotan".
