Preparations are going ahead in Vienna - for the Meetings this week - end in city between Russian's Mr. Kruschev and America's President John Kennedy, The talks on Saturday will be in the Vienna residence of the American Ambassador where they will lunch together. Sunday's talks and Luncheon will be at the Russian Embassy -and on Saturday evening. Dr. Scharf the Austrian President is to give a state dinner in the Schonbrunn Palace.
