Description
The Palace of Justice, called "Palazzaccio" the worst palace by the Roman, menaces to ruins. The Palace of Justice, a monumental travertine marble built by the architect Guglielmo Calderini, is considered an attempt rather criticized. t proves the attempt of the generation that made Rome capital to rival the grandeur of the ancient buildings of the Antiquity and of the Middle Ages. The great weight of the marbles and the construction near the Tiber, have caused a sinking of 6 millimetres per year. The architect Calderini, overcome by criticisms, committed suicide. Now the authorities declared the palace "uninhabitable" and the offices were evacuated.
