44 Killed in Frankfurt-Burssels plane crash: While taking off from Frankfurt on main airport for Brussels a Belgian Sabena airliner crashed and exploded killing 44 passengers and 4 crewmen. It was Germany's biggest civil aviation disaster after the war. Photo Shows Rescuers which included many American soldiers rush in to burning wreckage in the rescue attempts.
