1975 Press Photo Ted & Ethel Kennedy

This dress is too feminine for Ethel. It was made for someone very slim. Her arms are too thick, and she doesn't have the right body for decolette She has too much body for this dress, and seems to be popping out of its Photo shows Ethel Kennedy. Comments are by Jacques Bellini.
