1963 Press Photo Opening Ecumenical Council

The Ecumenical Council began this morning,after about one year of suspension, its work. a new Pontiff attends it and great is the waiting in the world for the program and a ~~ess, Pope VI will give to it. Several Bishop and cardinals arrived during the past five days from all over the world and is considered that about 2400 of them are present in the Vatican to attend the Council.
