"Banklady" Margarete Czenki on Trial in Munich: "Keep smiling" seems to be the motto of the 30 year old "Bank - lady" Margarete Czenki, who is on trial in Munich now. Together with the 23-year-old student Rolf Hoisler she is accused to have robbed a bank in Munich on April 13th 1971 and to have carried off DM 5400-, -(£ 6000.- or $ 18000.-) The two accomplices to the crime, Roland Otto (21) and Karl-Heins Kubn (20) were not of full age at the time and will have to be tried at a youth court. On the second day of inquiries they ame as witnesses. They confirmed the statements of the accused nurse about the preperations, the motives and the realization of the plan. As they said, the cars which were used for the escape were not stolen, only "borrowed" for this purpose. Also, the fire-arms they carried were only for intimidation, but they wouldn't have use them to shoot. Being asked about the use of the robbed money Otto said "it was for people who need it and who worked all their life for almost nothing" , the witness Kuhn, "It was to be used for political work.
