Apollo 10 capsule goes on Display at the Science Museum : The Apollo 10 capsule , the Command Module which carried three American astronauts around the moon in May 1969, went on display at the Science Museum, Kensington, today. Also on exhibition was several other man space artifacts loaned by the Smithsonian institution in Washington. Photo shows Dr. Margaret Weston, Director of the Science Museum, shows 11-year-old Lyn Howells the inside of the Apollo 10 capsule, weighing 5 1/2 - tons, which was on show at the museum today.
