Rat trouble in Argentina: The City-authorities of Buenos Aires, and other Argentine cities are seriously worried over the plague of rate that infesting the country.They estimate that there are 16 rates per habitant,and that they consume 10 per cent of the food, and is a great danger to health.It is said that a female rat may have a breed of 900 per year.Despite all the rodent experts and their methods the ordinary housekeeper has to rely on the cat.
