Getting the Bear essentials... When it comes to feeding time, the animals at the Basle Zoo can't complain, but if you want something special well, then you have to get it yourself; Tana, the two year-old female bear, has developed her won self-service, very seldom seen in other bears. She has taught herself to use a long stick to fetch leaves from a maple tree. But all her friends can do is watch with envy, as they still can't get the knack of it. With all the shortages lately, it could be a very valuable knack to have. Tana and her father think of how to get the maple leaves down.
