Band turns out for Prisoner Hero. The band of the Royal Fusiliers and a contingmert of men, went to the Arnold Estate, Druid Road, Bermondaey, to pay an official welcome, attended by the Lady Mayoress of Bermondsey, to Private George Hodkinson, D.C.M., one of the prisoners released by the Communists. Photo shows General view showing the band of the Royal Fusiliers playing the Pte. Hodkinson, who can be seen in the top of right window today.
