A 3-daylong (Feb 24-26) 1973 world Muslim: Religious Congregation was held in a remote village of Magrahat in West Bengal. Some 300000 pilgrims from different parts of teh world (U.K., U.S.A., Middle East, Bangladesh etc.) participated in it. Photo shows a scene of mass wazoo (holy wash before the prayer) in a pond specially built for this.
