A good year for cigarettes smugglers: In spite of intensified efforts by the Italian Customs the Cigarette Smugglers at the Swiss-Italian border is on the increase. There has been approximatively 15 million kilogramms smuggeled from Switzerland to Italy worth about 330 Millions of Lire. Which is a heavy loss for the Italian Tobacco State Monopoly. Photo shows two of the smuggelers about to cross into Italy with another batch of cigarettes.
