Lady Marcia Joins the Lords : Her new ladyship, Baroness Falkender, of west haddo~ in Northampton shire, was yesterday introduced into the House of Lords as a life peeress. The Baroness is better known as premier Harold Wilson's personal political secretary, Marcia Williams. Mr. Wilson sat on the steps of the throne as 42 year-old Baroness Falkender took the cath of allegiance. Photo shows Baroness Falkender wearing her ceremonial robes for the occasion yesterday.
