Seine rises a barge damages Bridge; The Seine has been rising for the last few days, yesterday a Bargeman who apparently misjudged the level of the water hit a bridge, one of the oldest Paris iron bridges facing the academie Francaise. Photo Shows The arts bridge facing the French academie which was damaged by a barge passing beneath it.
