Pensioners Prepares For "History In Embroidery" Exhibition. Demonstrating The Art At Chelsea Hospital: Chelsea Pensioners have been busy for some weeks now preparing samples of needlework and embroidery for the "History in Embroidery" exhibition for Chelsea's Village Church - which is being held at the rebuilding funds for the Chelsea Old Church - and will include almost every feature of history and the life of Chelsea. At the exhibition - Pensioner F.J. Simons demonstrates his art of embroidery on a "Kneeler". Photo shows Pensioner F.J. Simonsat work on the Kneeler at the exhibition this morning.
