High water in the Saar-country. The surprisingly beginning thaw at February 8, and February 9, 58 in the district near the river Saar has led to considerable over flooding. Also the affluent of the Saar have come out of its banks. Our picture shows:- The ships of the coal harbour are rowing above the rose-garden in Saarbrucken, completely over flooded, in order to fetch drinking water and food for the boats fixed in the harbour.
