Sixteen die in Paris Landslide boy rescued after being buried for twelve hours: At least sixteen people lost their lives and many more were buried alive when three streets in the Paris suburb of Glamart were flattered by a landslip. Immediately afterwards there were a series of explosion probably caused by fractured gasmaine these explosions destroyed many more houses a factory and a three storey block of flats. Throughout the night rescuers have been digging feverishly searching for further victims and survivors. Photo shows the scene as a little boy is brought to safety after being buried for twelve hours at Clamart Paris yesterday.
