London's Open-air Display Of Paintings At Victoria Embankment Gardens: The sixth-annual open-air display of paintings organised by the L.G.C. was held at the Victoria Embankment Gardens this morning. Photo shows Mrs. Anne Bulttis, of Earls Court, wearing a sleeveless jumper and jeans, soon as she taken an early morning meal from a small loaf of bread as she waits for customers to buy her paintings.
