Girl says she was ''Held Prisoner'' in Garden cave: Police are investigating the case of 28 year old Miss Marjorie Jordan who says she was kept a prisoner in a garden cave for fifteen weeks by Mr. John Bridal (26) at the latter's lewisham, London, home. The girl was reported missing from her Beckenham, London, home on Jan 7th. Mrs. Hutchingon, a neighbour in Lewsiham found a note on her Tawn which read ''I am Miss M. Jordan, missing from Elmers' End. I am being kept a prisoner under a big shed. He has got me in the ground where there is a room. He is keeping me here. Will you please help me and call the police. The police found Miss Jordan and she is now staying at the home of her brother in law in Beckenham. Mr. Bridal says that he did not detain Miss Jordan against her will except for the first few days. Photo shows the kitchen in the cave where Miss Jordan says she cooked the meals for the both of them. On left is the door leading to the shaft which was the only entrance and exit to the cave.
