State Apartments at Kensington, Palace to be Re-opened to the public: The state apartments at Kensington Palace are to be re-opened to the Public on Thursday Nov.29th.. Since they were last opened to the Public the apartments have undergone many changes-and have been extensively re-decorated. Much of Queen Mary's furniture will be shown. Photo shows View of the ceiling in the King's Drawing Room-painted by Kent in 1725.. The middle panel represents Jupiter and Somele.
