is the 49 years old Jakob Stelzer from Ilmmunster in the region around Pfaffenhofen/Ilm. Formerly the pipe carver had a big sale with his goods at national costume unions, friends and acquaintances today the business is not so good but by no longer wanted, but moreover because the pipe carver can maintain his production only to a restrained extent because of a disease of his eyes. Adenauer, Kennedy, Ludwig I and Ludwig II are only some out of the "big heads" which are stored in his gallery and which are all carved out of the right wood, that is long seasoned birch-tree.
