THE NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD AT CAERNARVON: The National Eisteddfod is now being held at Caernarvon Castle, Wales - and was opened by Mr. Goronwy Roberts M.P. - who in his speech said that the essential purpose of the ceremonies was the continued existence and nurture of the Welsh language.
