Press Photo Tentacled Snake Swimming Newly Born Bronx Zoo

When at rest, the tentacled snake keeps the two scaled prongs at the end of its snout pointed forward; the use of these ''tentacles'' is not known. This snake is one of eight young born on August 31 at the Bronx zoo, the zoo's first successful breeding of this species.
