Dr. Kissinger Calls On Britain's Foreign Secretary In London.
With all the signs pointing to Mr. Ian Smith's Government accepting Black majority rule in Rhodesia within two years Dr. Kissinger, American Secretary of State, arrived in London last night to confer with Prime Minister James Callaghan. This morning Dr. Kissinger went along to the Foreign Office for talks with Mr. Crosland, the Foreign Secretary.
