A Fair Cop' Ex-Policeman wins £881,74,95 on the Pools: Retired Police Sergeant Joe Fryer this week made his best ever 'cop' when in London today he received his reward cheque for £861,742.95 from the famous American Television 'cop' Telly (Kojak) Savalas. Joe won the top dividend on Littlewood Pools, making him the second biggest winner of all time.
