Description
In a Classroom-A Tragic Game of Hide and Seek: Policewomen Brenda Hunt sat down with five-year-olds at her old school yesterday and asked them: "Where is your favourite hiding place when you are out playing"? - "Has your friend Diane Tift a special den where she lieks to play and hide"? To the children of Blackenall Heath School in Wallsall staffordshire, the simple quiz seemed like a new game on the first day of the term, But to 21-year old Brenda and five other policewomen it was a serious business of hunting for little Diane who dissapeared eight days ago. Police fear she made have hidden somewhere and become trapped. Last night -despite checks on more than 5,000 cars and 5,000 houses in the area- police were still without a clur to Diane's whereabouts. Photo shows Classmates of missing Diane Tift talk to Policewomen Brenda Hunt in their classroom, at Blakenall Heath School.

Photo measures 8.25 x 6 inches.

Photo is dated 1-7-1966.
