"Illegible" "Illegible" for children at the Design centre: The highsport of teh exhibition at the Design Centre is the "Soft Play Centre' Which was originally conceived for use by mentally or physically handicapped children, but great fun for all children too, this individually tailored, totally foam covered play area releaases children from all normal restraints when jumping, climbing, running or just throwing themselves aound. Floors and Walls are padded in thick foam blocks of difference densities and arev lined in brightly covered PVC. the samll foam play area in the Designed Centre (designed by Rupert Oliver) includes a jump mat, cunes, a column, a circle set (comprising 2 semi circles) a cylinder and triangle and swamp area with 'trees'.
