Ten year old Sandra Backhauser had just taken possession of her "dream-house" - where she can play and entertain her friends.. The house is six ft. high; has a concrete foundation - wooden walls and a tiled roof and is complete with letter box and the windows have leaded panes.. It has been built by her father - a Dartford planning engineer in the gardens of their home, Dartford.
