Let's keep on the safe side!: This seem to be the thoughts of this Cambodian boy and so he has settled down domestically in the store room for rice, for nobody would be able to take out something without his participation! These rice-pouches which are stored up in a camp at the Thai-Cambodian border are intended for the distribution to fugitives; each of them should get a portion but there is a proverb - may be that it also exists in the Far East - which means: 'Werzuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst!" (first come, first served).
