Up To Our Eyes In Rubbish In Leicester Square: Leicester Square (re-named Fester Square) in the center of London, is now becoming a tourist attraction as London's biggest piles of rubbish. This is because this is an official dump for the West End rubbish during the strike by council Dustmen. And now rats are creeping. from the sewer's to feast on the mountains or rubbish. Photo shows Workmen seen spraying the pile of festering rubbish in Leicester Square today.
