Nicola heads for the chop; She may be only three years old, but tiny Nicola Mitchell certainly knows how to look after herself and won't have any boys pulling her leg. Her father is former karate international Graham Mitchell, so she's never short of expert coaching. Once a week the little blonde girl trains with a class of teenage girls who tower head and shoulders over her, but what she lacks in inches Nicola more than makes up for in enthusiasm and determination. And of course there's time to train every day at home in Norbury South London - mother Sally Mitchell is herself a green belt.
