Vietiane, Laos: Rebel soldiers continue to man gun position here 2/2, after the insurgent commander had promised to pull his trooos out of the capital. Fighting broke out among rival military groups in the streets of Vientiane 2/3, while the government of Premier Souvanna Phouma accused Deputy Premier Phoumi Nosavan of masterminding a military munity to make a power comeback.
