Winter In The Earthquake-hit Town Of Banjaluka, Yugoslavia.: Photo shows. A number of roofless families of Banjaluka are provisionally setteled at the specially-adapted railway wagons provided by Austrian "Caritas" organisation. With electricity and provisional water supply, life in those "apartments on wheels" is, the people of Banjaluka say, much better than in trailer or under the tents.
