Bus Designed For Comfort. To Go On Tour.: A London taxi-fleet owner, Mr. Jim Lipsey, has designed a fully air-conditioned bus which will take passengers in comfort through any climate. The ~10,000 bus -the first of its kind in the world, will take passengers at an even temperature through the Baltic ice and snow to the Equator. The bus, which is equipped with coffee bar and kitchen for cooking en route, is now ready for the road and the first trip is planned for this month, when Mr. Lipsey will be taking it on a five-day trip through France. Switzerland and Italy to Brindiei in Southern Italy. Photo shows Mr. Lipsey seen at the side of his amazing bus - with Audrey Chitchley, who will be hostess on the trip, seated in the driver's cabin.
