Chic from Paris : Ten window-dressers from eight countries have come to Munich to show there by reason of the publicity congress, which happens from the 8th to 12th of October at Bavaria's capital, their completeness in window-dressing. The ready-made clothier's Loden-Frey from Munich has invited the men. Photo shows Monsieur Cognard is dressing the window with true elegance from Paris.
