Waiting for the Earthquake: Authorities at Yokohama City Hall, worried about the outcome of another earthquake of the same magnitude as the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 are making preparations and have stored over 42,000 cans of drinking water at the city hall for distribution in the event of another major disaster.
